Bring on the 2022 World Cup Season!

After two years hiatus, Team Canada is extremely excited to make a full return to World Cup competitions in 2022!!

To kickstart the season, CEC will be sending a full delegation of athletes to the first Boulder World Cup event in Meiringen, SUI from April 6-8, 2022. Athletes will make a stop in Darmstadt, Germany at the famous Studio Bloc to attend a pre-competition training camp.

Get ready to cheer for the Maple Leaf! Information will be made available on the IFSC Event Page as it comes.

These athletes were selected in January, using our Event Team Selection process, and the Continuous National Ranking at that time.

  • First 3 quota spots – from respective discipline CNR (i.e. Boulder WC, first 3 selections from Boulder CNR)
  • Quota spots 4 and 5 – highest ranked athletes from Combined CNR not already selected via bullet 1 above.
